Is BodySync Strong for me?

Yes! We welcome anyone as long as you are a human that wants to live a healthy and happy life BodySync Strong will work for you. The only exception is not having internet access because we run a hybrid online and in-person business model.

How many Personal Training sessions do you get per month?

On average most clients schedule sessions 1-2 times/ week to start off then gradually dial back to 1-2 times/ month. The number of sessions per month is up to you, your coach,your fitness level, and your goals.

What is BodySync Strong?

A wellness program with personal training services designed to get you strong in and outside the gym to be able to take on anything.

How long does BodySync Strong services last?

Our goal is to be obsolete for you in 3-6 months depending on your fitness level, goals, and needs, but can be applied forever.

What do you learn in BodySync Strong?

Methods on how to get strong physically, mentally, and spiritually for whatever life throws your way based on improving motiation for taking action day in and day out.

How does the program work?

Step 1: Sign-up for a premium membership. Step 2: Create an account in our app to connect to Coach Chris dePinna. Step 3: Check the app everyday to complete tasks/workouts sent by your coach until your reach your goal.
